Job Summary:
Real Broker LLC is seeking enthusiastic and talented fresh graduates to join our R&D team as Integration Engineers. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement integration solutions that connect various systems and applications within the organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across platforms. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to innovative projects that enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Development: Develop and maintain integrations using tools like Zapier to connect various applications and automate workflows.
Workflow Automation: Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure reliability and performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations, including user guides and API specifications.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration.
Monitoring and Support: Monitor integration performance and provide ongoing support to address user queries and issues.
Best Practices Implementation: Stay updated with the latest features and best practices of integration tools and implement them effectively.
User Training: Provide training and support to team members and clients on using integrations effectively.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with integration tools such as Zapier and programming languages like JavaScript or Python.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Workflow Automation Knowledge: Understanding of workflow automation principles and the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
Education and Experience:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field.
Experience: While prior experience in integration development or automation projects is advantageous, it is not mandatory for fresh graduates. Familiarity with various SaaS platforms and their APIs, as well as experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks, is a plus.

Compensation:
The annual salary package for this position is between INR 7-8 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA).
